Conference Ad for Owl March Issue_4

I will be speaker in the upcoming Mid-Atlantic College Media Arts & Communication Conference taking place this month.

The inaugural Mid-Atlantic College Media Arts and Communication Conference (MCMACC) will take place on the campus of Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. The theme of the conference is “Is Media Dividing the Country?” as we take a look at recent trends in digital, broadcast and print media and its impact on the social, political and economic conditions within the United States. The conference will engage participants in panel discussions, workshops and networking sessions to explore the ways media impacts the world. Registration for the conference comes with a membership with CMACA. It’s free to register and you don’t have to be a college student to attend.

The MCMACC is funded, in part, by the Prince George’s Community College Foundation Impact Grant and coordinated by the Prince George’s Community College Student Publications Office, supported by PGCC’s College Life Services.
